Deputy from the party «Alternative for Germany», the head of the German-Russian parliamentary group Robbie Schlund planned to open a Bureau in Russia, but the Bundestag did not allow him to do so. According to the publication «Der Spiegel», Schlund announced his plans to the head of Parliament Horst Risse a month ago. He explained his plans by the fact that he cherished good relations between Germany and Russia.
